Be very careful if you change the vehicle. changed mine on there computer and it did not work and when I broke down I was told I was not covered, so I had to pay £676.00 to get my car home on a private recovery , and 6 days after my first try to change my details it still had not been done, so I cancelled it .

To tell me he didn’t know what was wrong with the car. Turns out IT WAS A FLAT BATTERY and this company’s mechanic did not know that. Absolutely fkin disgusting.
I’ve taken it to the highest level to complain.
Ooh they wanted another £180 to tow the car to a garage. Remember all this for a FLAT BATTERY.
