Called them for advice.. First, they answered promptly and Brad (I think that was his name) gave me expert (he is an ex carpet fitter) advice on everything I needed to know about measuring, fitting, accessories etc. And very helpful when I struggled with filling in online form. Carpet arrived with 20 min warning. Friendly and helpful delivery guy. Beautiful carpet. All round excellent service - very refreshing in this day and age. Thank you.

Needed some vinyl for the kitchen and had been looking for a couple of weeks when I stumbled on Floor To Your Door website. Saw the vinyl I had decided on, it was also the best price I had seen online so I decided to go ahead and order. I am so glad I did. The very next morning I received a phone call to confirm everything, emails updating me along the way. So professional and well organised. Very helpful when I called to enquire about cutting different sized pieces for a large re-carpeting of house job. Fast delivery and again helpful delivery man who used common sense and was patient. Overall I would highly recommend "Floor to your door" to my friends and use them again without hesitation. Great value for money and I couldn't find the carpet anywhere else for less.
