"The product is OK - overmarketed and poor service"

The product is OK, but constantly emailed offers which are confusing or not applicable. Overall poor customer service. After 3 years as a customer, I am disappointed.
I have sent many emails to the address suggested already - I cannot waste any more time on this

J’ai fini les 3 mois de traitement et en plus de mes cheveux ce que j’ai perdu c’est 200 euros. Absolument aucun effet, je suis revenu si minoxidil. Extrêmement déçu par ce produit et le prix est juste aberrant. Je ne comprend pas tous ces avis positif sont ils seulement vrai?
