My landlord has arranged a service to fix the washing machine and I was waiting for someone to come over as was eager for it to be fixed .
Estimated time was provided from 12.00 to 2.00 pm ,but when no one showed up be 2.30 pm I did ask the landlord wether there is a delay reported
I was given a tracker ,and clicked on it at least 6 times since 2.30pm to 8.00 pm and I always saw the same message : estimated time to your location - 5 minutes !
No one showed up or informed ,not to mention apologized
My landlord submitted a review and the response from service firm was that I did not open the door to them ! That sort if lie is unheard of
Unprofessional and unreliable service provider and hope that customers can take this as a warning to save their time and nerves

Didn't turn up, didn't respond to text messages, email addresses all bounce.
It's all very well having real-time tracking, but that's no use when they just don't even try to keep their appointments and don't give any feedback.
Phoned to cancel, ad the person on the phone lied to me. He said the person had called but got no answer, and that I would have seen it on the tracker. When I told him I had been watching the tracker all day, he hung up on me.
Edit:The tracker was working. Between 11:55am and 5pm it showed him at Finchley Rd., N. Circular, Bounds Green, Edmonton, Silver Street, Bounds Green, Henlys Corner, East Finchley and Regents Park Road. He never went north of East Finchley.

Excellent service, very easy to arrange for my new cooker to be fitted over the phone with helpful staff. Very polite staff who came to deliver and fit it, prompt and on time, flexible timing offering next day delivery. Couldn't have been easier.

"I was not happy with the service at all…"
I was not happy with the service at all from Appliancentre, their policy of 50% refund if the product is not suitable and had been opened is ludicrous. I bought a fridge freezer which when I realised the door handles would cause issue with me from opening the fridge fully, something that you will not know until you de-box the fridge and slot it into place was considered 'a used item' and therefore under the T&C's apparently only deems it to valid of a 50% refund even though all the labels & packaging were still in tact and the fridge had not been switched on. I would have accepted a 75% refund as I had de-boxed the item but to only be offered a 50% refund is not good customer service. I would not have experienced this from other retailers and I will not be purchasing anything from Appliancentre again.
