"Fine delivery service, but unusable machine!"

Delivery and removal of washing machine were prompt and efficient. However, I was left with an unusable product due to drain overflow. Whilst I accept this was not the company's fault nor that of the installers, I wasn't given clear advice on a solution other than to contact a plumber - and was surprised that the installers didn't know any! The fact that the previous washing machine didn't have the same problem also left me a little puzzled. As a result, I was left with an additional £190 bill to get the machine working, making it a very expensive product.

asked for simple repair in June, specifically to replace a broken part on our washing machine. Engineer turned up without a part. Engineer refitted the broken part, which unsurprisingly came off at the next washing. I am chasing since then. No replies whatsoever from appliancentre. Now I am being told that they "told me several times that they do not have the part". Very rude and very bad customer service.

Excellent service. Quick answering the phone and giving a quote then supplying and fitting new oven and microwave. 3 days from start to finish. Highly recommended.

"Awful experience and they never finished the job"

Awful experience from start to finish. They never confirmed the appointment, turned up out of the blue to do a repair and then disappeared and never completed the repair. Costumer service are the rudest people we have ever come across, patronising and aggressive.
They are cheap and now we know why.
