-Inaccurate pricing.
-Promise of money back to correct pricing error - Had to chase it - Never received.

In response to Appliance Center notes below:
- Was quoted £60 for delivery - Told by sales person he made a mistake, please pay £70 and we will refund the £10. Never happened.
-Your installer was paid £20 cash to dispose of unit
-Delivery fee was not included in agreed quote - Therefore would never expect it to appear in final invoice.
-Worth checking with your sales and delivery teams re accuracy of your information below

Hi Mr Paul Morris,
We have looked into your review and order further and there is no note for a refund on the order and the pricing are correct and not sure the problem here.
Could you please confirm the pricing error?
You paid £279.00 for the oven and the installation charge is £70.00 which brings it to £349.00.
We haven't charged you anything extra and offered you a free delivery and also recycled your old oven.
The delivery was on time and the oven been installed without any issue.
Kind Regards

"I paid £120.00 for an engineer to visit…"
I paid £120.00 for an engineer to visit my home on the 16/10/20 to look at my Miele gas hob. The issue was that out of the 5 gas rings only 3 of them were working. The engineer informed me that he needed to order parts in order to come back and fix the problem and that Appliancentre would be in touch over the next few days to let me know a) the cost of parts and b) when someone would be able to come back to finish the job. I didn’t hear anything further and so on the 21/10/20 I called the main office number and got put through to someone who told me that they would look into this for me and would call me back within the next few hours with an update. I never received a phone call. I called back again at 5.30pm on the same day to be told that everyone had gone home and that they would write a note for someone to call me the following morning. Again, I didn’t hear anything back. I called again on the 22/10/20 in the morning and spoke to a very rude person who shouted, ‘we are trying to find you the part and we can’t locate it and the repair engineer is also looking for it, as you are in such a hurry why don’t you look for it yourself directly’? As you can imagine, I was slightly taken back by his aggressive and abrupt nature and so I asked for him to email me the name of the parts that I needed to order. He informed me that he was going to do this shortly. Three hours passed and I had not received an email so again I called up to ask for this email and the following email attached was sent to me. The email clearly stated that they had managed to locate a part in Ireland so I was confused to why they didn’t order the part from the link sent? So again, I called up to ask the question and again the aggressive and rude man exclaimed ‘they don’t deliver to the UK’ and told me to find the part myself. How was I supposed to know this piece of information from the email sent to me? At this point, I was so disgusted with how I had been treated and spoken to that I called up and asked to speak to management. The man simply said ‘no’ and put the phone down on me. This happened twice. What kind of customer service treats and speaks to their paying customers in this manner? How can this be okay when I have paid for a service for £120 and then for it not to be rectified? Furthermore, why is it my responsibility as the customer to find the replacement parts? I have now emailed the your customer service team on the 23/10/20 requesting a full refund and if I do not hear back within 14 days, I will submit a court claim based on the above information. I really don’t want to have to go down this route but I feel like I have been robbed and not given a full service that I paid for. I equally am disgusted with how I have been treated by their team. The owner Sam responded to my email with an equally rude and inappropriate email claiming that they informed me the whole way through where they were up to with my repair and that is simply untrue. At no point did they provide me with any updates or reasons regarding my repair. I have now submitted a claim via the yougov website. I will let an independent judge decide as they are providing false accusations and have charged me for a service that was not fully given or completed. They have a lot to learn about customer service and I would avoid using this company at all costs!

"Great service and Appliance"
I bought a gas oven from appliance centre in long lane and had the best service. Not only did they suggest the best deal for me they also gave great advice on repairing my old oven beforehand. All members of the team instore and for installation were very polite and helpful. I am so pleased with the installation the engineed replaced all old pipes and made sure the gas safety was all im check. My new oven works wonderfully and I will be definitely going back to appliance centre for other appliance needs.
