The insurance offered is fine. The process to renew online is fine. BUT the number of emails, text messages & phone calls reminding to renew is RIDICULOUS! A reminder email 4-6 weeks out is fine - great even in case needed. But 4 emails, 4 text messages and then repeat phone calls (no message left if call missed bc screening spam calls) is crazy!

Don’t even bother submitting a callback request when they’re closed it’ll take at least a weeks to get a response (that’s if they’ve even read it). Then you’ll be lucky if they can even do something simple like roll over your monthly repayments without having to do everything again. I’d hate to see how they handle claims - right hand does not talk to the left!
EDIT: 'Reaching out' after the fact & not providing a solution is hardly customer service. I solved my own problem by paying with Paypal's payment feature at least they're have reliable & modern systems!
