The fact that I couldn’t renew my insurance overseas by clicking on the button in an email which you sent to my private email address is very puzzling, as I was trying to give you money, not take any. However, the service in order to actually pay by phone, although costly to me, was very prompt and efficient.

As a psychologist who is incredibly busy, being harassed by phone calls to complete a form is not on when there is no given date to have it completed by. In future, give me a completion date and it will be done, do not consistently call me when I am at work seeing clients. I will not recommend you to others without mentioning this first.

I found insurance.com.au to be easy to deal with and price competitive. I recently had to contact them to make a change on a PI policy, I called the general number and the person I spoke with ended up guiding me through the process online, it took five minutes.

Very rare for an insurance company, i would certainly rate them very highly.
