Support was able to get NT8 to connect to brokerage firm after tinkering remotely around my PC. Thank you for the fix and having the ability to dial into the PC while I looked!

I have previously bought the 5 robot package and wanted to the give the VSS a try. The VIP Service was great with the robots
I watched the videos, called Ninja Trader support. I have asked Michael 3 times for phone call. No response.
He did remote in when I was not on my computer.
Really just need some help.

Christiane is a superstar. I called twice before meeting her and others were not able to help me. Christiane took me through a couple of steps with technical confidence and BOOM - it worked! I was stressing out but Christiane saved the day..lol. She is amazing.

"Feels like a ripoff"
If you're just starting out, Ninjatrader may not be the best option. I started with a small account to trade micro futures since I'm still learning. Today, I was trading and everything seemed fine. I entered a trade and took a loss that didn't seem too substantial, but Ninjatrader liquidated my account. I later found out they increased their margins without notice, and since my account dropped slightly below the increased margin, they charged a penalty fee and liquidated my account. I was trying to understand what happened, so I reached out to support. The first person I chatted with ignored my questions. I was trying to understand what happened, so I could prevent it in the future. After being ignored, I tried their support chat agian and the next person I spoke with was more helpful in me understanding that I needed to switch brokers. The change wasn't announced in their upcoming events or anywhere else.
