Overall, I am glad I opened an account with Ninjatrade. A few issues with the platform could use some work. Every now and then my chart will “freeze up” and stay like that for several minutes. I also get odd pop-up warnings every once in a while that don’t make sense?

"Lana is the best!"
I've been trading futures for the past 6 months using Trade Station and Trading view. Due to some 3rd Party applications I decided to switch to Ninja Trader. I had no idea how complicated the process is learning all the aspects of this platform for trading. I called this afternoon and was luck to have Lana Orlovsky answer the phone. Lana was exceptional guiding me through this maze and helping me with numerous problems I had using Ninja trader. I'm sure I will have more questions as I learn this unique way to build charts. I just hope I'm lucky enough to get Lana the next time I call for help.

I had some ninja-script compile errors, which I reported. I received several emails to assist me, and then received exceptional remote support from Jim. End result was that my issue was resolved. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank You!
