"The desktop app is great"
The desktop app is great. It was hard to get things started with all the logins so it would be nice if you could streamline that. Also, having a phone app would be nice.

"Getting set up with Ninjatrader was too hard."
Getting set up with Ninjatrader was difficult and time-consuming. I got a lot of emails about a variety of topics. Some related to the software, some to my account, some to licensing, etc... and all from different email addresses. It took several tries before I got it all working and your support was inadequate. Email requests for help took days to respond instead of same day. Most of the time they were helpful but not always. It would have been nice to have an articulated checklist that walks a newbie through each step. I had to create my own to get the install and trading access.

"Trouble getting into the platform"
I was re-starting my account after a rather long delay. I refunded my account but could not log into the platform.
I submitted a Help request... Zachry responded and set up a call to access my system. He laid out clear instructions prior to the call. I had things ready to go when we talked.
Right away he expressed confidence that he would be able to clear things up and get me going. He has a calming confident tone which put me at ease.
I watched as he took over my screen and quickly went through and did what he had to do..... while also explaining the steps he was taking.
In less than 15 min. he had me up and running and even took an extra step to help organize my files.
He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Estoy en general muy satisfecho con Ninjatrader. Debo destacar que siempre he contado con respuestas precisas cada vez que he necesitado. toda la parte tecnica no tiene objeciones.
La unica razon por la que coloco 4 estrellas es porque el tiempo de espera para ser atendido por telefono puede ser increiblemente largo.

Tech support is non-existent. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET TS TO GET ME LOGGED INTO MY ACCT. And no one seems to care. Wonder if I’ll be able to retrieve $1,000 ???

"MES chart showed incorrect information…"
MES chart showed incorrect information this morning and on a few other occasions. Had to change instruments between ES/NQ and back to MES for the charts to update correctly. (NT8 platform), ended up missing trades today.

Super fast response before signing up and finding account, and no response when asking about liquidating account. I would not suggest anyone to use Ninjatrader, the software crashes a lot, and customer service is non existent after you have funded your account.
