"Transferee money had an agent say it…"

Transferred money had an agent say it would be available for trading next day. I asked him are you sure or should I wire it. He said both would take same amount of time. Next day comes funds not available to trade. I call them they say my funds on hold for 3 days due to a plaid system. Their communication and knowledge of how their own system and company works is horrible. Here I was going to wire and the guy simply said ach would take the same amount of time which it didn’t.

I would give 5 stars, but my support experience started off a little slow. Support @ NT was a bit quick to assume what my issue was and almost left me on my own. I pressed the issue and then was handed off to Scripting Support @ NT. Scripting Support @ NT was phenomenal and identified my issue based off my videos I took. Also, Lana Orlovsky was amazing from initial email to last email. Can't say enough about Lana Orlovsky. I'm sure Lana Orlovsky had a hand in helping press my issue. Thanks again. Excited to use NT now!

"Brilliant software for automatic trading and back testing"

I was very skeptical of Ninja trader as i have used the free MT4 trader for decades. But it is worth all the money. Absolutely brilliant software to develop automatic trade robots.

I can recommend Ninja trader for all that want save a lot time and effort to program automatic trading robots or Strategies at as ninja call it.

Customer service not helpful . The need for a phone line is a must ! I couldn’t resolve my issue with my data pack and after many attempts and emails just gave up.

Ninja trader is worst brokerage I have ever dealt with and used…. Representatives are very rude .. soft ware is very limited when it come to do any modifications on your chart… not talking about fees and how they suck your money and honestly I don’t know if they provide correct data… I advise anyone not to buy their products
