Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service

"YET ANOTHER TERRIBLE BOX"

Yet another terrible box received. This I can safely say will be the last. I treated myself to the nutcracker box for Christmas for £70 which contained 5 x amaryllis, eucalyptus, berries and greenery. The berries were already falling off into the box upon delivery, the amaryllis were bruised and never opened properly and the eucalyptus was brown and dull. No Christmassy extras in the box like some sparkly twigs or any extra greenery. Absolutely not worth the money. I did get a refund on the 2nd attempt when I called the customer services based in South Africa!!!! Just don’t bother wasting your money. The couriers I must admit are partly to blame as I’m sure they just get thrown around in the back of vans but I have decided enough is enough. It just doesn’t work.

*Following the disappointing order and my review, Freddie’s got in touch, provided a full refund and offered to provide a free bunch of flowers in recompense. So although the initial experience was disappointing, and when it is a gift it is important that it’s right first time, they subsequently went to considerable lengths to make up for it and their customer service was very good. I think I’d probably give them a 3.5 overall.*


I used Freddie’s Flowers to send a special birthday gift and was very disappointed with the result. Tired looking flowers, past their best. The two stars are given because they arrived on time and at the right location. Hopefully they perked up significantly once put in a vase.

"Flowers really really poor"

Flowers really really poor. I ordered a Christmas bunch and the flowers did not look as advertised - they were purple with no Christmas colours, vibe at all. Shocking for £55.00 - RIP OFF!

Ordered my flowers before Christmas so I would have a nice center piece on my table for new years. Considering they claimed next day delivery 3 days at the most I didn't think this would be an issue. False information shared.
Had to log on my account today after several 'get ready' emails and no flowers, to find out they will not be delivering till after the new year and the flowers coming are not what I selected. The prophecy of the petal bunch does not look worth the money, its very baisic compared to what was advertised and I could make something that looks like this from wildflowers around my area honestly.
Really really dissapointed to be honest and feel this was falsely sold.

Im also very uncomfortable that you have to email to cancel. You should be able to do this online considering the amount of editing you are allowed to do, it is clear they have chosen to do it this way to make leaving more challenging.

Honestly I'm so dissaponted and will be going getting my flowers at the local supermarket for half the price and twice the amount of flowers without all this hoop jumping.

The reply on here was far more polite than the email sent. Refusing to reimburse me and being generally abrupt. I cannot advise skipping this company enough. False advertising, false product sales and horrible attitude. I do not want you to contact me again, the same copy and paste message over and over is just frustrating in my inbox.

Now after leaving this review I'm being harassed with phone calls and emails. cannot stress enough to stay away from this company, its ridiculous

"Great flowers, annoying bugs"

After two orders of Freddie’s flowers I can say that the flowers are beautiful, the packaging is well done, really everything is great. You’re paying for a premium delivery service.

The only negative is that ever since I’ve started using this service, my flat has been full of tiny flying bugs that have been hard to get rid of. Quite annoying.

"Fantastic flower delivery service"

Fantastic flower delivery service. My first box was the Christmas bouquet and it is stunning. Dark reds and white with some gold painted twigs. The arrangement guide was very helpful and beautifully illustrated. I also received the amazing large vase. The packaging is so beautiful we have already got crafty with it too. The courier they use was great I added my safe place which was used as requested.

"Received half dead flower and not the fall bouquet "

Received some flowers from you via a friend and so disappointed they were sent out on the 22/12/2024 I received them today 24/12/2024
They were completely dried half dead and not all the flowers that should have been in the arrangement.
I spoke to a lady on the phone and she told me to put them in water. No help what so ever. I asked her to relay this message but I doubt she will wasn’t really bothered.
Will tell the person who sent them not to use them again.
