"Great quality flowers "
I tried Freddie's flowers as I received an offer. The flowers are really beautiful no complaints at all.
I would love to have continued the subscription but unfortunately it is a little out of my price range. I sent an email and they cancelled it straight away unlike other companies that make it difficult to cancel

"Avoid at all costs "
I ordered the Christmas Carol bunch for my mother in laws birthday. What arrived can only be described as an affront to quality and value for money. Instead of lilys and freesias there were 2 lily’s and some token greenery. A complete rip off and I cannot get hold of customer services so I have resorted to emailing.
Don’t waste your money, avoid Freddie’s flowers if don’t want to be embarrassed.

"Decreasing standard each month"
First bunch of flowers were outstanding! Second less so, and didn’t last 2 weeks. The third bunch is scarce. Flowers didn’t seem fresh. Amaryllis looked like they would let amount to much, and haven’t. Didn’t fill the huge gaps in a disappointing scarce arrangement. Water was rotten within days and one week on the leaves of the flowers look dried/wilted. I wish the first bunch had been a true indicator of what each month would bring. I wonder if it’s our location and they aren’t that fresh??

"When I started with Freddie’s years…"
When I started with Freddie’s years ago, I could not fault the service. Website was easy to navigate, flowers were great value and of high quality and the deliveries were reliable. I find now that the flowers are not as good value as they used to be. Bunches are smaller, price higher relative to competition and local flower shops and they just don’t last as long.
So I tried to cancel my subscription. That’s not easy. You have to do it via email. I requested the cancellation on 5 December and after a follow up question from them on the same day and my reply on the same day, I’ve sent two chasers. No reply.
It should be just as easy to cancel as it is to sign up to a subscription service. With Freddie’s it’s much harder. This is not great customer service.

"I received a beautiful lunch of flowers…"
I received a beautiful lunch of flowers from Freddie's Flowers. They were not meant to be delivered to me. I rang Freddie Flowers who said keep them. They are the best flowers I have ever received. 10 Days later, having changed the wate only once, they are still beautiful. I will definitely recommend and use them from now on.

"Unbelievable"
Unbelievable.
After 4 calls, 2 emails and being ignored I left a trust pilot review. This made them call me. The lady promised my account would be cancelled and a free bouquet sent to my mum as an apology. I specifically said I need the cancellation in writing. She said of course.
Did I receive anything? NOTHING AT ALL. HAD TO CALL MY BANK TO PUT A STOP ORDER ON THE PAYMENTS

"Customer Service team are great!"
Update. Caitlin from their customer service team has been in touch. Looked into my experience and apologised.
Happy with how this was dealt swiftly - thanks Caitlin
Sales team are awful!
They called to offer me 40% off a December delivery. Politely declined but advised I was happy for them to keep in touch. Sales rep just went ahead and reactivated my old subscription! Luckily I noticed it in my emails and sent a cancellation email straight away.
Bit of a disappointing reply from them, I don’t even think they read my reply at all just gave a half hearted apology.
Will definitely not return now!

Wirklich extrem schlechtes Erlebnis.
Nachtrag:

"Scam "
Freddie’s Flowers is a scam. I cancelled my subscription over two years ago in 2022, after they continued to send flowers and charge me even after I had officially stopped the service. I had to cancel the standing order and complain to make it stop.
Fast forward to November 2024, they cold-called me, trying to get me to subscribe again. I made it clear I wasn’t interested. To get the sales rep off the phone I said to send me an email and I’d think about it. Ando that was it—no subscription, no approval to send anything.
Today, I was shocked to receive flowers, a vase, and a charge of £28.60 on my credit card - without my consent. They even managed to charge using an expired credit card, that they had kept, which is a serious GDPR violation. My card details should have been deleted from their records long ago.
I immediately emailed them and contacted my bank to block further payments. Freddie’s Flowers has yet to respond to my complaint. This is unacceptable and unethical behavior.
Avoid them at all costs.
