I wanted to change my flower delivery to a friend while I was away. I couldn’t believe how incredibly good the service was! Not only did they pick ip the phone almost immediately first thing on a Monday morning but they got everything right really fast and the auper helpful young man found the correct vase to add to the delivery free of charge. simply THE best telephone CUSTOMER service for an online company yet!!!

I've had a negative experience with Freddie's flowers. I tried to set up a weekly subscription using an offer code, but their website was buggy and would not let me proceed with payment. However, an account was created for me. I received no confirmation email of the subscription being placed. I subsequently emailed asking for my account to be deleted, no response. A few days later, Freddie's Flowers had placed an order and taken money from my bank account. All without my knowledge! A very poor experience, I must say. I have emailed them today asking for a refund and this to be cancelled. I hope they get back to me in a timely fashion.

I ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered on Saturday. Delivery date was co firmed by the company. The flowers were not delivered on Saturday nor Sunday nor Monday but Tuesday. I won’t use them again. If you can’t be certain the flowers will be there on the special day what’s the point?
