Took money for flowers I didn’t ask for.
There System is stupid! I cancelled all flowers for August online as I knew I wasn’t going to be here! Had a notification that my delivery was the next day. Tried to cancel but too late (even though I had already cancelled it). Received the flowers - few days after sitting in the box obviously had to go in the bin as I knew I wouldn’t be there to collect and they had wilted already! Have cancelled all together, sent them an email explaining this is their mistake not mine and no reply. £29 for a wilted bunch of flowers I could pay £6 at the supermarket but wanted to support these companies. On the black list of never to use again! So annoyed!

The flowers that arrived as a present were terrible and frankly the petrol station ones are better! They were nothing like any of the ones seen at the food festival show at Goodwood or on the website and I feel that I should have had a refund but they refused. Never buy anything from them again.

Deliveries got worse after I contacted customer support. I got back in touch and the person that read the email just cancelled my order rather than get in touch to try and resolve the issues.
