"Poor value"
My last delivery initially looked very nice when arranged in the vase. Within 3 days the roses were dead. I removed them & by day 8 the whole lot had gone over. Kept out of sunlight and water changed regularly. Very disappointed. A supermarket bunch costing less than half of what I paid have lasted 13 days.

"Cancellation ignored… still charged "
I emailed to cancel my subscription on 30th July and have had 0 reply. All of a sudden I see £26 removed from my bank account. Went to try to get in contact and the button doesn’t work and the phone line wasn’t working either. I’m on holiday so I won’t even be in to get these unwanted flowers.

Probably the most incompetent flower delivery service out there. They say the flowers I ordered were pet friendly (they weren’t since it had lilies) and then they delivered to the wrong address and sent me proof of delivery to showcase the incompetence (delivered to 270 instead of 284 as on the order).
You cannot make this up how bad it is.

Order placed and no update given on delivery, although the website specifies I would receive this. Flowers were left in a “safe space” that was never shared as a safe space and the delivery was never received.

"The flowers were not delivered on the day…"
The flowers were not delivered on the day. They were for my sister’s 80th. As I live in France and could not be there in person it was important for me that they arrived. I also paid £5 for next day delivery to make sure they arrived. I have not been reimbursed for this. My sister received her flowers 2 days later. She did not remark on the flowers, only to say how many flowers of each and what they were (there was not many) I assume that they did not thrill her! But in response they refunded me and sent my sister one of their Showstoppers bouquet, which she was delighted with. They handled my complaint very positively, which is highly reassuring when most companies are very dismissive! Many thanks.

I did have some issues with your web site on the second order, the payment part kicked out and then took ages to accept again, had to use a different card

"Roses lasted 3 days"
Have received deliveries from Fredies flowers on and off for the last 4 years. Unfortunately, the flowers and service has gone downhill of late late. For example, receive some flowers two weeks ago with some roses that lasted 3 days. Sent a replacement box and the roses lasted 4 days. Emailed to request to close my account and still waiting after four days
I think postal floral deliveries are not a good idea in the summer due to the weather and how long the flowers last for.
