Their customer service is amazing! There was an actual problem with the website and they had a chat option which made it extremely convenient to reach out. While talking to them, they were able to speak to the developer and actually get the problem fixed within the hour. Not only that but the person that helped me (Joren S) was extremely helpful and kind enough to reach out to me once the task had been completed. If anyone were to have any issues, just reach out because they are attentive and quick to solve issues/concerns.
