First off, no friction. I signed up on September 26, received an introductory email on September 27, and nothing since. The September 27 email referenced I would be getting a welcome package, but nothing yet. So, I'm rating the lack of communication.

I got an offer to open a savings account with up to $200 bonus, so I clicked on it. I was immediately informed that I didn't meet the requirements because I am not a Christian. I'm glad I got the information before I opened the account. I certainly don't want to give my money to anyone who thinks I'm not worthy because I don't share the same beliefs. It is discriminatory, prejudicial, and ignorant. Take your money to a business that is concerned with their clients' finances as opposed to their religious beliefs.
