Pleased with outcome. But, a quite confusing process. Was unable to determine status. The final document only prints on 1/2 of a page, wasting paper. Customer service hasn't returned phone call to clarify status and determine payment plan.

I tried the online chat and eventually had to place 2 phone calls over a period of 4 weeks to get a savings account completely set up. The process was more frustrating than other banks or credit unions to get a savings account set up. I think the problem was that I had an existing relationship with the credit union prior to joining brightpeak but considering that brightpeak is associated with the credit union you would think they had already considered this possibility. Everything is working now so I am happy with the outcome but I wish the process had been smoother.
