I ordered a large high end bouquet as a xmas gift for a client. With shipping it cost £180. When I later got to see the actual bouquet that Flowerbx sent, it was at least half the size and substance of the arrangement in the picture that I based my purchase on. Really bad false advertisinfg. There was a fraction of the number of blooms and far more ‘filler’. When I emailed Flowerbx to express my dissatisfaction, I was offered a partial refund as a ‘gesture’. After more than 3 weeks, the refund had still not been actioned so I was forced to contact them again to say ‘Where’s my refund?’ At which point they actually began the refund process.
All very well getting some money back, but it does nothing to remedy the fact that I really wanted to wow this person with an exceptional bouquet, but instead they got something a bit unimpressive.

they have a workspace at the los angeles flower market.. no real florist is working there dont get bias by the images... flowers will never arrive in such conditions they litterallt scout the flower market for left overs... be careful of non florist owning online flower shop..

Quality massively fluctuates! I’ve had a number of regular subscriptions (tulip, rose & classic) with this company and found the quality to be changeable, sadly. Flowers sometimes arrive looking distinctly sad but I must compliment customer services who always reply on email and resend new flowers in a timely manner. Hydrangeas are not cheap but have consistently been excellent.
Today, my most recent subscription has arrived and feels very lazy indeed as I’ve received exactly the same flowers I was sent a few months ago and absolutely not the ‘seasons best’ as they proclaim. Plus received a small bouquet when a large subscription has been paid for. All quite tiresome having to email again….

For my wife’s 80th birthday our daughter order a fortnightly delivery of flowers for one year - not cheap!
All worked well until the designated delivery at a specified time did not arrive. The flowers eventually arrive over 3 days late looking distinctly tired and crushed. We had left messages with Flowebx ( recorded message said someone would be in touch shortly) - nothing happened!
Sent email with our name and delivery address - Flowerbx could not find find us on their system. We had to provide details of originator of order. Eventually Flowerbx agreed to replace flowers - these did not arrive at designated time despite reassurance from Flowerbx. Flowers eventually arrived looking terrible. Sent photo to Fowerbx requesting that they communicate directly with us the recipient.
Flowerbx confusingly contacted order originator. Nightmare!

Sadly the flowers didn’t make it through the journey very well but the customer service was very good and they gave me a full refund for the flowers. The vase I ordered was perfect though and with their willingness to resolve the issue, I feel confident enough to try them again in the future on another occasion

"Unreliable and unresponsive"
Nice flowers, but impossible to contact by phone, and email replies are sketchy. Delivery instructions are requested, but are not followed. My instructions to call before delivery (to be sure recipient was at home) were not followed, and the flowers were handed over to unknown persons at the address.

I was sent a gift card for three months worth of flowers. I know that this was an expensive present. However the flowers were no better than those I could buy at a local supermarket for a fraction of the price.

"Shockingly slow customer service"
The flowers was supposed to be delivered the day before my sister wedding and 5 days later… we are still waiting! Shockingly slow customer service responses considering the price! Not the right company if you’re looking for a meaningful present.
