I've been a customer of Expost for years now, I've found everything easy! ID verification, setting up the mail box and using the service. They've always been polite and understanding whenever I've had any issues. I really don't understand the negative reviews, Expost is fantastic!

When I initiated a consultation, no one responded for a long time. It was very inefficient and a waste of time. Even the pre-sales service was not good. It is hard to believe that they can provide better after-sales service!

I was looking for a company to use for a virtual address. This company has what I regard as expensive charges for what they provide.
I calculated £240 for renting what is an empty space, the postage charges to forward anything to you I can understand, and accept. But to charge £240 for what is an empty space and for an individual to put an address label with your forwarding address on is very excessive.

The service runs mostly as it should without any need for human interaction using the online portal.
On those rare occasions when you do need help or advice, in my experience it is always provided promptly, courteously and pleasantly. The experience is more like a conversation between close acquaintances than a business transaction, and I have not stumped them yet.
