Due to our watchman giving incorrect info, we unexpectedly ran out of oil! We live in a very rural location and need a baby tanker for our deliveries.
First thing Monday am we called and everyone jumped into action, doing all they could to get oil to us asap. They eventually used a pick-up truck with a large tank strapped to the back to get the kerosene here the fastest way possible.

We are long standing Southern Fuel customers and have generally been very happy with the whole service. However this week delivery was not as expected because the wrong vehicle had been scheduled. Subsequently delivery was two days later. Such a shame and a bit disappointing,but will continue to use Southern Fuel.
