The service person was really helpful and informative. He made the project much easier to understand.
The company in general was polite and professional.
The only negative was the amount if downtime. It took longer to be able to get so.eone available to look, and too long fir a return once the part was available to get a final repair.

"Dryer Repair "

We had a problem with our dryer not heating. We called Pivotal Home Solutions who answered promptly and assigned our problem to A&G Appliance Repair. A&G scheduled us promptly and took care of the repairs. Our repairs were done well and to our satisfaction.

Nobody had any knowledge of how to accept an online payment over the phone(5) try’s I finally mailed the final check of 80.25 to close the account.
The background noise was terrible also and some did not understand English.
