I signed up for a power surge warranty ($10,000) since March of 2022. i had a power surge that wiped out some appliances and other electronic devices. I filed a claim with Oncourse Home Solutions, and they told me that I had to get my own electrician or qualified professional to come and validate the claim with the equipment/appliances that were faulty. It took me a couple of weeks to do this as well as I was required to pay for all the replacements. I submitted all the paperwork into Oncourse and on August 8, 2024. They told me at first it would take 4-6 weeks from the day I submitted the claim. On September 25th, I receive an email stating they needed the electrician's contact number in which I responded to them shortly with the phone number by email. I called on October 1st to learn that not only was my case denied but it was closed. They had closed my case on September 30th. I have tried several times to contact the claims department but they have no phone number and the only way you can reach them is by email. Even their front representatives cannot contact them through phone. This is terrible service and I have done everything they have asked of me. I feel this company is a hoax and beware!!! I have tried to speak to a supervisor, and they state there is no supervisor on site. I was told if I cancel my service now that I would negate my claim which I don't understand if I have paid for this service when my power surge went out, why would this not be covered from that coverage period. Again I feel this company is a hoax because all they want to do is sell you a plan and when you have a claim, they wait a long period of time to respond and then give you the run around while you are still paying for a plan. I plan on getting my legal counsel involved in this at this point. Do not do business with this company because they are misleading and do not follow through on their contracts.

2 work man came to my home from Eddy's appliance and within 10 minutes the one had the inside drum out and sitting on the floor. That was the most amazing thing I've ever watched. Then he complimented me on it being the cleanest one he ever seen. I said Thank you and it is 21 years old. He said that's even more amazing. Made me feel I did a good job keeping the lint out it always worried me. I saw one of my neighbor's home go up in flames after doing laundry just after I moved here. It really made me more intense about keeping it clean

Had a water pipe break. Had to shut off the main water. Soonest anyone could respond was 72 hours. We could not go without water for 3 days. I paid an independent person 75.00 to fix it. I asked if I could be reimbursed and was told no.

Had the worst experience with this company and still continuing with the worst experience, simply trying to pay off a lease water heater so that I may sell my property. I started this process July 20 24 and it still continues. I would not recommend this business they are very poor customer service.
