Grange Meadows Development - the Sales team are outstanding, with two people with excellent knowledge and realistic customer expectations. When they are unsure or do not know something, they seek out the answer and get back to you promptly. They have a genuine team ethos and don't just go through the motions. They are currently seeking a change of a kitchen appliance for us, and we hope they manage to achieve this for us.

I have no idea how they are keeping their reviews higher than 1 star. I've had nothing but disappointment from Crest Nicholson (I live on the Claybourne estate). I wrote a glowing review of 5 stars at their request, prior to completion, (it was fine until we got closer to completion) and that's how they can say ignore the reviews that aren't "verified" which is what I was told. But I had to come back online and tell my story to try to warn people not to fall victim the same way I did. Leading up to completion we were constantly told not to extend our mortgage offer and it would be completed on time. We were told with about 12 hours notice to completion our house would not be ready and we could not move in. You can imagine with such little notice what hell this caused. Also they never called us to tell us this, we turned up and asked. This continued every day for nearly a week. They kept saying it would be ready the next day then the next then the next. Nobody communicated with us, it was always us chasing them. When we finally did move in, we had nothing but issues. We moved in during August and my house (end of october) is still riddled with issues. They say they wont come and fix any problems at the moment because they want to focus on the properties they are still building to get them finished for their financial year. My garden still has a large trench in it with rubble and gating left everywhere due to them making my house on a steep incline, despite constantly telling me you'd never notice the incline and it was written into our contract it wouldn't have a big drop etc etc. It was just a complete disaster of a garden. I've complained to the top level of people from Crest as every time I complain nothing gets done, but surprise surprise they don't care either. Once they've got your money, they're done with you. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs!

I am using Crest Nicholson based at Union Place in the Monksmoor estate in Daventry as a first time buyer. My experience to date has been fantastic. A really friendly, helpful team and I've had everything explained to me clearly by Becky. Would highly recommend them to others
