"Globelink Worldwide Travel Insurance"

This is my second Globelink Worldwide Travel Insurance and I'm recommending this company for two important reasons - the option EU citizens to be insured and the pre-existing medical conditions to be added. The only problem for me was that the additional coverage is made only trough a phone call and is difficult for non UK citizens.

"The actual purchasing of the insurance…"

The actual purchasing of the insurance was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. However, since I just bought the insurance, I cannot leave a review of the companies handling of claims. I can only hope it's as easy and painless as purchasing the insurance.

"Forse stanno cercando di rimediare....forse..."

Nella mia precedente recensione ho dato una stella perché non mi stavano neanche calcolando, adesso ne metto due giusto perché apparentemente via email si stanno dando da fare per venirmi incontro. Dicono di voler tracciare le 2/3 chiamate nelle quali, subito dopo lo smarrimento del mio bagaglio, mi dissero che 'non vi è alcun limite di tempo per chiedere il risarcimento, lo faccia comunque entro due anni'..... Mi pare difficile visto che dopo due anni non ricordo se li chiamai da Skype, o da Viper, o dal telefono della mia ex, che all'epoca dei fatti si trovava in vacanza India dalla sua famiglia e stava utilizzando un numero temporaneo, visto che comunque vive a Toronto in Canada. Però se ascoltassero le chiamate effettuate nei giorni da me indicati (i tre giorni successivi allo smarrimento del bagaglio), certamente scoverebbero almeno due telefonate durante le quali uno dei loro agenti forniva a me o alla mia ex ragazza tale informazione (no deadline, do it withing the two years anyways), e non è necessario individuare se si tratti di me o della mia ex fidanzata, basta prendere atto che queste info sono state effettivamente date durante quei giorni e a chicchessia, ed allora devono rimborsarmi ed anche in tempi brevi. Chi ha risposto alla mia precedente recensione probabilmente ha dato una risposta standard, senza aggiornarsi sullo stato del mio reclamo, quindi attendo con fiducia l'evolversi e spero di poter presto dare la notizia che attendo, e cioè che avrò ottenuto il risarcimento.

"Terrible insurance company."

Terrible insurance company.
Globelink Insurance is not trustworthy and doesn't respect their clients.
I had an unfortunate incident during my trip, and I got robbed. Globelink was never there for me as an insurance should be:
1) You will NEVER contact directly with them. You will only only contact third party companies that don't care about the person insured. If you disagree with the third party company (you will, because they don't respect your rights as insured), you will have to deal with another third party company, and they will be the ones giving you the final response. I tried writing directly to Globelink and complain, they never cared.
2) They will not respect your rights as insured, and they will twist their wording and not covered what you paid to be covered.

Terrible service, terrible company.
Unacceptable and extremely unfair treatment.
