"Bad experience - trying to extend my insurance"

This last 2 days I have been trying to extend my insurance... with no success. Email after email with admin without having any real help or answers.

Safe to say I won’t be extending it with them or using their services again.

Advice for who wants good insurance: don’t use globelink.

Not happy with the way they 'upped' the price for pre existing conditions that were actually covered within the policy. If I hadn't questioned this they would have charged us......no apologies!
