"Happy to recommend"

I have used Globelink 3 times now when travelling to see my son in Australia. I have given 4 stars as luckily have never had to claim so I can only judge on the service of obtaining the Policy. This time I used the online "Get a quote and buy", this was easy to follow and clearly shows what you are covered for.
Would recommend and would use again.

Had to do the deal over the phone, as online didn't cover our particular circumstances. The agent I spoke to was most helpful and gave us options which I hadn't previously considered. Very pleased

Very clear plain English policy wording. They also do 45+ day polices for over 65s which many companies Don't offer. Very easy sign up process.

Booking the Insurance is very easy and convenient However the claims process is slow and poor.
First they say you must have a UK bank account even though we booked in Spain, not mentioned when booking
Second they list all the reasons why they cannot pay, such as double insurance, credit cards, etc., again not mentioned when booking
Claim process very slow. We were in Iceland on 01/11 and our daughter was sick. So far claim not settled!! We claimed Iceland Krone 13800, about Pounds 100 but Rightpath seem to think this is Euro 800, not certain how they arrived at their numbers!! Still being discussed. If claiming was as easy as booking your service would be great!!

Globelink helped me out when my son realised that his insurance was only for 1 week of his 2 week holiday after he had already departed. The original company were unable to extend as not in this country but Globelink stepped in with great advice and no fuss and arranged cover,
