I got a loan and made automatic, on time payments. I got online on their website, got a ‘payoff quote’, made the payment in that amount on the very same business day. Imagine my surprise when the next month they take over $300 from my bank account and say I owe anything additional $155. When I call, they claim it is because when I made the payment I clicked ‘one-time payment’. When you clicked ‘payoff’ the site times out. And I attempted more than once. Whether it was a one time payment or any other option, paying the payoff amount would take the balance to zero. You can’t change interest and fees on a zero balance!

Do not ever use this place. I have had this card for 4 years on auto pay. Never missed a payment ever. 4 years... I call in to move a payment out 2 weeks. I was on the phone for 2 hours and got nowhere. come to find out they canceled my card entirely and set me up a payment plan to pay off the $200. after 4 years and not missing a payment, they couldn't move 1 payment out 2 week and shut it off and canceled the card. WOW!!!!! I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor or escalate this in any way.

"I had an incredibly frustrating…"
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Avant Credit Card's customer service. I needed to update my address, but their website and app made it impossible. I sent them my signed lease agreement, which clearly met their stated requirements, yet they rejected it, claiming it was the "wrong type of document." Despite my repeated attempts to clarify and provide the necessary information, their responses were slow, unhelpful, and contradictory.
Even after they finally updated my address, they made errors in how it was recorded. On top of that, my card kept getting declined for Amazon purchases, even though I had already confirmed there was no fraudulent activity. The entire process was inefficient, caused unnecessary delays, and left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with their service. I would not recommend Avant to anyone looking for reliable customer support.

I applied for a Avant loan my credit was in the high 500's and I was approved for a 6k loan in minutes. Although the processing fee was a bit pricey it was a much better option then getting a tribal loan at 300 percent interest. I applied, approved and the funds were in my account 2 days later. Monthly payment is something I can afford and for someone trying to pay off some debt to get my credit score up this was perfect for me.

All of the customer service reps are rude!! Then when you ask to speak to a supervisor, they’re re never available! I’m paying this card off and will never use it again!
