The lady I spoke to was really friendly and very helpful. Sorry I cannot remember her name, I had got into a mess trying to sort my travel insurance online, and she pointed out where I had been going wrong but when I asked could I not do it over the phone she said yes she could but would have to go over the form with me as though I was a new customer. That was ok with me and so she sorted it all out for me. Very efficient

Received a renewal notice, so rang Free Spirit to hopefully let them know a couple of minor changes to our current health situations over the phone. Had to complete a full Medical Screening again, even though they had last years policy at hand, they were not allowed to look at it.
The price had gone up 50% from last year, but we bit the bullet because they were so efficient last year when we had a claim. Still not sure if it warranted such an increase though.
