I am very impressed with Book Printing UK.

I had read many positive reviews, but it is only when you send a project to a printer and see at first hand that you can get an accurate picture.

Firstly, all of the team are available on the phone or email, and can answer all questions. If they can't answer a particular enquiry, they will find the answer and get back to you. From my experience, they were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly –– a real bonus. They inform you at every stage where your project is, right through to despatch and delivery.

I did return to get a second printing of my book – square sized 210mm x 210mm. That was dealt with just as well as the original. A technical issue (which escaped me while I designed and originated the job with InDesign) was corrected by them.

Caroline, Isabel, Megan (and their design boss,Tim) are all excellent.

I wouldn't hesitate to return to them, and to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top team who turn out a brilliant quality product.
