"Awful!! If there was a "zero star" I would have…"
If there was a "zero star" I would have chosen that. I ordered these masks because a friend had ordered them earlier in the summer. I ordered mine in August and received a completely different product. Mine was flimsy and flat. No stitching to help it contour to a human face. I emailed to ask why the change and I was told it was to make them "more beautiful and more aesthetic". They kept telling me to adjust the ear straps, as if that was going to fix the problem - it is a flat piece of material that is tight across your nose and mouth, but falls away around the edges. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I prefer the inexpensive ones I bought at the grocery store.
UPDATE! I did hear from Hyperfavor and was given a discount code to try again and get a better product. I just received my new masks and the fit is MUCH BETTER. It is the product I was expecting the first time. My only complaint is that I spent way too much money. I spent around $60 to get 5 useable masks. Hence, only 3 stars. They probably should have replaced the first ones free of charge. But the new ones are super cute and much better quality.

I highly recommend buying your items from Hyperfavor. They deliver what they promise and their response to any issue is immediate. My item was lost thanks to the USPS and I was blaming Hyperfavor for not receiving my merchandise and they did their homework in looking for the package. Long story short, they delivered what they promised.

"I ordered 3 in June--includes two updates regarding their "responsiveness.""
I ordered 3 in June, and they were perfect. I ordered 3 additional ones in August—same size, same design. They aren’t large enough for a 10 year old, let alone an adult. They claimed that the new design is ‘lovely,’ which contradicts their phone answering service person. He told me that they changed the design and that he and his counterparts have received nothing but complaints. It seems that taking out a seam would increase, rather than decrease the size of the mask. Instead, unlike my first order, it doesn’t cover my chin, it gaps on the sides, and it barely covers my nose. When I got my first order, I got so many compliments that I recommended them to my friends. I hope they didn’t listen to me. The company has no integrity, and basically played ‘bait and switch’ by first offering a quality product—hoping for repeat business, and then manufacturing flimsy junk, with ‘junk’ being a generous term.

I contacted them directly prior to submitting a Trustpilot review. They asked for a photo of the first group of masks I received, which I found to be of excellent quality, and a photo of what they sent in August, which was of substandard quality. I sent the photos. They did not respond to that email. Once I posted this review, which I posted after giving them ample time to respond to my email, which contained the information they requested, they contacted me twice.
I did not respond to the first email, since it was non-responsive to my concerns, so they contacted me again today (9/14/2020). In both of their emails, they did not address the photos or my concerns. They defended the quality of their 'improved' masks.
Both times, they asked me to, in exchange for a 20% refund---which in essence is the equivalent of what I paid for them to ship this product to me, give them a more positive review. I declined. The company is not concerned, and has been otherwise non-responsive to the lack of quality in their 'improved' mask. They just want their ratings to be high.
Beware.
Update 9/28/2020
They agreed to replace the tiny masks with the 'old' design, which is what I received in June. The fabric is similar to the first ones I received in June. The images are still tiny and blurry, and nothing like what I received in June--instead, just like the tiny ones i received in August.
I only gave one additional star because the product I received to day was a return to the better fabric and size. In order to get to this point, when they were initially non-responsive and gave canned replies, I had to file a complaint with the FTC, and a dispute with my credit card company. They really didn't respond at all until I did those things and posted a low rating here on Trustpilot.
Furthermore, they told me they'd shipped the product and asked me to change my review right away. I told them that I would change my review once I received the product and determined whether it was similar to what I received in June.
Then I found out that in reality, they had only electronically advised DHL of an intent to ship a product. It wasn't until I pointed out that it shouldn't take DHL one week to actually ship the product, that I received a notice that HF delivered the product, rather than just the product paperwork, to them.
To summarize, they said they'd send me the 'former design' which was 60% accurate. The quality of the fabric, and the quality of the size, were the same as my first order. The images were not, they are still small and blurry. The effort it took on my part to get them to respond, and the fact that so many people complained about what HF insisted was an 'aesthetically pleasing' design, that they finally admitted that the design was not an improvement, do not reflect responsive customer service on their part.
It took me nearly two months to receive a product that was better than in August, but was not the quality of what they were producing in June. If you have two months for a company to fail to respond, hold your money, force you to dispute the charges, and force you to file a complaint with the FTC in order to resolve an issue, then this may be the company and product for you.

I ordered masks for the third time from here. I absolutely LOVE my my first two!!!! With that being said, my new one were nothing like they were pictured. I also ordered a 3 pack and got to. They are made completely different and theybare tiny. The color is also supposed to be purple like an amethyst and its like deep rose. I called and they said well we switched manufacturers. I am waiting on customer service now.

One star is extremely generous. The Product isn't worth returning. After several attempts to get a refund I had to turn it over to my CC company and file a dispute. Providing photos, and several emails was of no avail.
There were no instructions attached with your first response. I have taken pictures of the three shirts. The XXL is sitting on the light blue xxl Columbia shirt, The two LG shirts are sitting on top of Maroon LG shirts for comparison.Additionally they are shown with yard sticks for measurements. The Tags for the Columbia Shirts are also attached.
Now please credit my card and instructions for return of the shirts.

"Absolutely the worst quality shirts"
Absolutely the worst quality shirts. I asked to return them for a refund and they point me to there policy that states they acknowledge the poor quality but can’t make everyone happy!!!! Stay away from these scammers
*Ask for their reply, as a consumer you have no idea what you’re buying some times online until you receive it. They understand that but still refused to refund your purchase if you’re not happy with it.

"Beautiful Comfortable Well-Fitting Masks"
I placed an order for 25 teacher themed masks - 5 different designs with personalization. It took about 6 weeks to receive my order - just in time for the start of school. The masks are beautiful, very comfortable, and well-fitting.
Customer service was very responsive to my emails in regards to updates on my order.

"Great Masks!"
The masks that I ordered for the teachers in my school were soft and well made. Many of the teachers commented them on being comfortable as well! The order was not without a bit of a hiccup, but the company worked well with me to correct an error and provided me with excellent customer service.
