"I ordered a XXX Large shirt and the one…"

Updated to 5 stars today as the seller did ship a replacement for the shirt that was originally way too small. This one fits well and looks great. It is a very lightweight fabric which is great for the Texas heat.

Updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars because Hyperfavor was very fast and helpful in their quick response to this problem. When I get the shirt in the correct size I will have no problem in increasing the rating to a full 5 star.

"They make good custom face masks"

I like the company Hyperfavor I ordered a custom face mask and it looked just like the advertisement photo on Facebook. Delivery was like 3 weeks but I did receive my purchase. If you wanna a custom face mask I recommend Hyperfavor!!

I order 4 mask a month ago. I have yet to receive them. They gave tracking information saying that it was being sent to the distribution center but that was over 2 weeks ago and there has been no change since then. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! CoVid or weather delays should not hold up mail for a month. No communication is being given as to why there is such a delay. Horrible customer service!

Ordered shirt, but never never received it. I contacted customer support by email and was told that shirt had shipped and I was given tracking number that indicated shipper never received item. After I filed a dispute with Paypal, I received email saying that due to an issue on their part, shirt was never produced. I requested that order be cancelled and Paypal credited. They said they couldn't do that as shirt is now in production. Items ship from Vietnam. Buyers beware. I never received shirt and Paypal is looking into this issue. This company is an overseas scam. Notice the "form letter" responses to all the negative reviews on this site. FROM THE BBB: BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints. Consumers primarily allege order fulfillment concerns including delayed shipments and receiving partial orders. Many complainants allege never receiving ordered products despite long waiting …BBB received a significant volume of complaints against this business in a short time span. This influx of complaints prompted an internal investigation of the business’s practices. Based on BBB’s review, it appears this business is an online retailer offering themed apparel and face masks. BBB sent correspondence to the business by email on June 10, and June 22, 2020. We never received a reply.

I ordered my masks on July 28th and I am still waiting. On August 5th it said that they were on transit to DHL. Well I still haven’t received anything. I am very disappointed on this wait time. Don’t charge for shipping if it is going to be this long.
