The masks are super cute. They took a long time to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The seller responds promptly to inquiries, though it does take a while to receive the products.

I recently ordered matching masks for several family members. A few of them were printed a little uneven. I reached out to Hyperfavor and they replaced the masks immediately. They have wonderful customer service and the masks look great. I will definitely purchase other items from them and recommend them to other people.

It took some time to receive my items but I was completely satisfied with the quality of the mask. The colors were as vivid as shown online and they fit very comfortable.

"Ear loop quality not what I expected."

Package took about 2.5 weeks to arrive, but arrived with all contents intact. A little unhappy about quality of ear loops. The loops are basically a loop of elastic material tied/sewed together and in one mask, the join broke within the first two hours of wearing it. I was able to tie it together and continue wearing the mask, but a little annoying.

I ordered a mask and filters on July 16 2020 and when I checked the tracking it's saying that it is still in processing! The only answer I keep getting is that "It's still at the manufacturer and still being processed. And we will send you an email when it is shipped." Til this day they are still saying the same thing. I would not recommend this site. I think they are bogus and ripping folk's off for their money. I just want
my money back 🅿️

I ordered some masks for my daughter who is a teacher. It took several weeks for her to get them, but she absolutely loves them - the cute teacher designs and they’re very comfortable. She says the other teachers at her school want to know where she got them!
