Love my masks! It took 18 days from placing order to receiving it. Received DHL tracking number right away which didn’t update for almost 13 days which caused some concern. But customer service was great! Planning on ordering more!

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a month ago and my tracking number says the same exact thing it did over 2 weeks ago. I’ve asked for a refund and they just sent me the same tracking number and told me to wait. Also there has been an article written about their despicable FB ad tactics.

Ordered masks and filters on June 18th and have yet to receive them! I got an email with a DHL tracking number on July 9th and nothing since. Normally I check page transparency on Facebook before I order but this one time I didn’t.
If I had I would have seen it was out of Vietnam and I wouldn’t have ordered. Total scam!!

I ordered masks on July 2, 2020. Website states shipped July 6 and provided a tracking number. That number goes to DHL and states package in transit from their Georgia location, about 3 hours away from me. Contacted Hyperfavor and was told it was shipped from their Wyoming location and to allow 6-10 business days. Today is 10th business was day and still no record of anything through DHL or USPS. After reading reviews here and on the Better Business Bureau website I am sure I will not receive the masks or a refund so will be disputing the transaction through my credit card tomorrow.
