Due to Covid-19 it took almost two weeks to receive the mask but, when I reached out to this company they responded quickly with great Customer Service reassuring me my order was on it's way. When I received the masks..one word BEAUTIFUL! just like how they appeared in the ads.

Update: I finally received my masks (it took several weeks), but I love them. My husband and I have several masks but these are the ones we choose to use. They fit well and look great. I am very happy with my purchase, just wish I had known how long it would take to get them. I think I've just become accustomed to ordering from Amazon and getting within a few days. Quality is very good.
Original post: Order placed on June 21, supposedly shipped on June 23, but still DHL and USPS still show that they are waiting for the package, 8 days later! I have contacted the company and was told that things are taking longer to ship, which is understandable, however, how can my order be shipped but not have reached the shipping company? I will re-post if/when I receive my order

We appreciate the wonderful Masks this store has created. Not only are they comfortable to wear, don't bend your ears and the cloth is soft to your skin, I felt I could breathe better than my old cloth one. Then the real blessing are the words, encouraging and helpful, to pictures of cute animals. The price is so reasonable I forgot instead of one mask I got three!!!! Thank you HF YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!
