"6 weeks later, still waiting"
Ordered Jun 24th. After a month with no updates at all, I tried calling and emailing support to see what was going on. No response after several attempts. Only got a response after filing a dispute with PayPal. They told me it had shipped July 24th and sent me a tracking code that still only says tracking number created. They asked me to be understanding as they are currently swamped with orders. If they are struggling to keep up that much, then they shouldn't be creating fake pages on Facebook to hawk their masks that are photoshopped onto stock photos. They also asked that I cancel the dispute and to be patient for my order, but I will cancel the dispute only if and when my order arrives intact. Do not fall for this company's targeted ads! I wish I had never clicked on their ad, it's been nothing but a huge waste of time and money!

"Nice looking mask - a long time to ship."
Updated Review: I did receive my masks after a little over one month. These are not adjustable ear bands. You have to tie a knot in the elastic if you want it smaller. The printing is nice and looks like the website which pleases me. The fact that they ship from Vietnam was not a pleasant experience, however. They refunded my shipping cost for all the trouble, however, which is something.

If I could give 0 stars I would!...this is an update to my two previous reviews of Hyperfavor....they now informed me they will give me a full refund if I edit my previous reviews and state the masks were delivered to my mailbox and were stolen!....by the way...no other mail was taken just theirs....no!!!..they have stopped responding to the Better Business Bureau as well...it is a real shame when you order from a company for masks that are a part of our daily lives and needed this happens...again....check out the BBB site before ordering from this company!!!!

do not I repeat I repeat do not buy anything from this company they do not give you a tracking number that work to track your items also have not received my purchase yet. They take your money before you even know if your items have been shipped. Have asked for a refund. They are dishonest. This is update to my review I received my items. Satisfied with my purchase.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and I haven't even received an email that it has shipped. I emailed and no response. Do not order from here!
So days after my original post they gave me the option to edit my review. Here we go. So they sent me an email saying the item has been shipped with a tracking number thats untrackable (lol) 24 hours later. Its still at the facility. Mind you all this is just coming from Dallas. I live in Houston so nothing to do with covid and shipping.

"Don't order from them, overseas company"
On July 8 I placed an order for two mask, that according to the site, will be ship within 4-5 business days. 9 days later I contact the company and they told me that due to the virus the factory is being overwhelmed with orders and that I need it to be patient. the nerve!.. Anyhow, I contacted the Company again since I haven't heard anything from them in 9 more days with the same apologetic response and thanking me for my patients. Then on July 18 I was send a tracking number to check the progress of this order. Well, the package got to Send from Somewhere in GA with DHL... who uses DHL in the USA.. Only other countries do. So red flag to me when I saw this. The package has be in route since the 18 but stop somewhere between GA and NC with no movement in 8 days. At this point i believe the package is lost somewhere.. If I don't receive my mask this week I will dispute the charges to my credit card. Pleas evade this stragglers and don't buy from this company, they are overseas, maybe China. False advertising!

Fantastic service! I.was sent the wrong masks at first and within a week I had the correct ones in hand. Their customer service is on point! I am the envy of the baseball moms!!!
