I ordered my masks on July 4th. An email was sent from your company on July 7th stating the order was processed. Then another email followed providing a tracking number via DHL. Go track the package again today and July 7th is still the last date for activity🙃. What is going on with my purchase?

So I finally recieved my masks after 3 weeks. I love them! They are very comfy and just what I ordered. I guess you just have to be patient.

"Total scam"
Total scam. I have serious doubts this company is in the US. You know when someone who is speaking/writing English if that is their native language. I ordered a mask back in June. They gave me a tracking number so we'll see if the mask shows up. I have very little faith I will receive it. I should have read the reviews here first. I never would have made the purchase. Who uses DHL for one mask???

Final update: I finally received the masks 7/27. The fabric is soft and the stitching is great. Lightweight and pockets for filters. The ear loops look like thin ponytail holders and the print looks like it will fade after a wash or two. I will hand wash them and see if I can make them last longer as I did spend $35 on 3 mask. I am just glad this whole ordeal is done and I will do my best to make sure I don't ordered anything from them again.
Update 7/26: Amazingly a few days after I contacted my credit card company DHL received the package. It's supposed to be here 7/28. I also received a nasty email from there customer service telling me that DHL was lying because you can't have a tracking number with out the receiving the package. This is untrue. Please don't make me post the shipping information. And since no one at hyperfavor can tell me where my package was from 7/7-7/23 I definitely choose to believe DHL. Their own website site said my order was still processing (not shipped) until the 23rd.
Update 7/20:Not only has DHL still not received my package. Hyperfavor had the nerve to ask me via email to take down my review. They also refused to refund my money stating my package has been sent. They are unable to tell me where it is however and why their website states my package is still processing. I am not unreasonable and I understand Covid-19 has things delayed but the have out right Lied and now it is between them and my credit card company.
Like so many I would give zero stars if I could. Like some many I received a useless DHL tracking number because DHL never received the package. I like others have no response to my refund request. That okay I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered my masks a month ago, recieved an email that they were sent to the shipping company in the 6th and still waiting to be shipped from there! I have not received any notifications on where or if it has even been shipped.

"Hyperfavor eventually redeemed itself..."
I originally wrote a nasty review, because the customer service I had been experiencing was sub par. However, Hyperfavor reached out and made things right. They eventually offered me a refund or the sending of another mask.
The mask finally arrived after a few weeks. I know that shipping right now has been difficult, and that some of this was partially DHL's fault, but in the end Hyperfavor did eventually redeem itself.
I've upped my 1 star to a 3 star. I think that's fair given all of the frustration I went through to get this item.
