I ordered a mask on May 28th..my credit card was charged May 29th...it is now June 27th and still no mask . After repeatedly messaging them I was told they lost the text that was to be on the mask,,Gave them that and a few days later they said it was finished and shipped..Still don't have it.

I ordered masks from Hyperfavor. I got two of what I asked for and the third was different.
I contacted the company and sent a photo. Within two weeks, they replaced the mask for the ones I asked for.
These masks are great. Thick and easy to wear. I have asthma and none are easy but these are easier than most.

Considering the happenings, I have ordered masks from several companies. Still waiting for delivery on orders I placed in April from

When I seen HF doing personalized masks, I had to have my dog on a mask!
If my mask can spark a smile on someone, that’s a great thing!

Yes they are scammers for sure! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I have contacted them and they gave me a tracking number through DHL and the item is in a whole other city. They confirmed the correct address and still haven’t fixed it. Please DO NOT buy from this site. Horrible now I have to dispute my purchase

I definitely understand the negative reviews because it took an incredibly long time for me to get mine, but I gave four stars because I eventually got mine and it is great quality. Just to give everyone a timeframe, I put in my order for one mask on June 2nd and I received my mask in the mail on June 24th. I got a bit antsy waiting because of our current times and the need to have a mask for our health, but I also partially understand that there is likely a high demand for masks due to the virus.
Essentially, the mask is really good quality, fits well yet is breathable, and the one that I ordered has a pocket on the side closest to the face if you want to put in a filter. The only con for me is the time that it took for me to get it.

My masks didn't arrive and all I'm being told is to be patient. Easy to say when they already took my $97. The tracking number they gave me was a DHL intent to ship so not a real tracking number. Now even THAT doesn't work. This site is a scam that is just out to steal your money. Don't trust them!
UPDATE 7/4/2020: Finally got a refund. Then I received an email letting me know that my order had been lost and was being resent. A couple of days later, another email giving me the same original tracking # along with a separate email asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. THEN...an email in response to this review asking if they could do anything to help me out. I don't think anyone at Hyperfavor talks to each other. All these different responses, suggestions, etc. after the refund was already issued. It's one big, highly irritating circus.

"never received order"
Ordered face masks and they never arrived after 20 days (when I ordered said 5-7 business days). Emailed Hyperfavor and they said I was out of luck but they could give me a small discount to reorder. Crappy service, would not order from them again.

Edit: I updated from 1 to 3 stars. I did finally receive my order and I am satisfied with it. Once the warehouse shipped the order, it arrived in 2 days, but they gave me a tracking number almost 3 weeks before that (1 day after ordering) which made it seem as if it had been shipped. They could avoid a lot of negative reviews if they were just upfront about the processing time (the "Covid-19 might cause some delay" is not sufficient).
OLD REVIEW: I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering. I suspect the positive ones are fake. The tracking number they provide is basically an "intent to ship" number with USPS and does not mean they have shipped the package. I also wish I'd checked out the Better Business Bureau profile - an "F" rating. Reasons: Failure to respond to 26 complaints filed against business; 30 complaints filed against business; Length of time business has been operating (since Mid-May, apparently).
