Wow, I just received my lampshade, and it is gorgeous! You can tell that it was handmade, and I even received a personal note in the package. Emma is fabulous at communicating and sending tracking information—that was really important to me because it was a higher-cost purchase (at least for me) AND this was an international order. Yes, you may have to wait a bit because it's custom-made, but it is so worth it!

"The worst customer service I’ve ever…"
The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. My order 46906/139698 stated 2 days delivery time, for which I paid £10 for a small item. I thought it was expensive, but I paid for the speedy delivery. When 5 days later I rang to enquire about my order I was told the warehouse hadn’t dispatched it, but it would be chased. When I asked why I paid £10 in that situation, the operator got unbelievably almost shouty with me and cancelled my order completely. The only person raising the voice during the call was the operator and I was merely enquiring whether I was due a difference for the shipping fee from 2 days to a week. Not a word of excuse either. Would never use again.

"Excessive delivery charges"
The delivery charge of £12.00 is far too excessive for small item.
Thanks for your reply. I appreciate that the carriage cost was clearly displayed when I placed the order, my point was that for one small cupboard knob costing bout £9.00 a carriage charge of £12.00 was excessive. I had no choice but to order it from yourselves because you were the only supplier that had the item in brass, everywhere else I looked it was in chrome only. In any event a few days later you refunded my money because it was not available in brass after all.
