Good price... but awful customer service.
Took a whole week after ordering to find out why my order hadn’t been shipped yet.
They didn’t have the product.
Phone calls and emails were not returned.
Promises of return calls with information never came.
Tracking info on my order never appeared in my account.
Very disappointing as There was a deadline and I had no answers and spent too much time... days... trying to find out what was going on...
$1200 dollar purchase too...

one of the woman I spoke to one of the times said that 'the girls were away' ... Still I emailed and called more than a couple of times during the week to no avail. I understand miscommunications happen, we were waiting on the speaker of one of our rehearsal rooms so our business was being impacted. it was the fact that I could not get any information from anyone for a week that was just unbelievable. Thanks for your reply.
