"Terrible return policies and customer…"

Terrible return policies and customer support service. Waited for weeks for my drum set and called insistently until they "found" it. Drums did not achieve expectations and requirements and their response was: "talk to manufacturer, we will not refund"

Wide range of instruments available at this place. I learnt a lesson when I walked into Jb hifi and they couldn't even help me properly with an outdated keyboard but when I walked into this store there was this gentleman who helped us out by finding the latest model keyboard along with the stand and a bag for a discounted price, it was a birthday gift for my cousin and she really loved it. I would definitely go back to this store for future purchases.
