"Good price and friendly service"

Got our Yamaha DGX660 at Bava's city a few months ago. Their price was one of the lowest. More important for me was that Nick was very helpful and honest. I rang to check if he had stock. He made sure goods were ready when we drove there to pick it up. Will shop there again.

"Didn't contact me when item arrived"

Didn't contact me when item arrived, I had to call to chase it.
I walked in and a staff member said hello then walked off and started wiping down a speaker and discuss how they were going to deliver it. I waited and finally told him why I was there. Without looking up he said that the other guy would look after it. Nick Bava himself said that he would put the item somewhere safe as it was a small item.
Well the guy had to go look for it and walked away from me as I was telling him what the owner had told me.
I had already paid over the phone but the staff member with curly white hair tried to charge me again. I explained this but I was just met with "well it doesn't say that here". The staff member called a lady on the phone in the back, handed the phone to me and I had to explain a third time.
After this, I was allowed to leave with my haul of stock worth $27.
Unfriendly staff that leave customers milling around the store (the were another 3 customers needing help).
And if you order online and decide to pick up in store, they charge you $10 for the privilege.
I avoided this by paying over the phone, as I asked about this when I called.
Wouldn't return because I can go anywhere for instruments etc and they are closer but weren't too Bavas as they had a unique item.

"Prices are good, great support and stock."

Prices are awesome, service is friendly although a little hap hazard, "doesn't matter couple of days" the end result is good. They have given me excellent product support. Well stocked store.
