"Disappointing experience."

A product was listed as available online, I called and inquired to make sure it was available and was assured that it was. I purchased the item but it was never sent. I called to ask why it had not been sent and was told that the item was not available. I was offered alternative items but they were not what I was after so I requested a refund instead. I was made to feel like I was incovenicing the person I spoke to for requesting a refund instead of accepting an inferior item that I had not ordered. My order was refunded in a timely manner but despite this I will not be shopping at or recommending Bavas Music City.

I had a wonderful, above par experience shopping at Bava’s. The salesperson offered to allow me to pick up my goods purchased (Bose L1 PA system + SM58 mic) from his home as he lived near us to save postage or a trip to the city from Albion Park. Much appreciated, enabled me to use the PA within a day of purchasing online. Thank you!
