I am relatively new to Whistl, having worked with them for only a couple of years. In that time however they have provided an excellent and cost effective service. My particular requirements have been challenging but they have managed to work through them with me to provide good straightforward service and problem solving. My Account Manager Luke McKenna has always managed to answer my questions and guide me wherever necessary to the best solution.

Working with Whistl, now closely for last couple of years, we can conclude that service provided by the company is very good.
We have been looked after by the customer service team when any information regarding mail platform is needed.
System setup overall is simple and very straight forward.
It has been real saver during the pandemic and we will carry on using it and building the relationship with Whistl hopefully in coming years.

Horrendous. Tracking link contained no information and when I contacted customer services via online chat they told me they hadn’t collected the parcel and it was up to the retailer to investigate.
