Your tracking system is not fit for purpose!
Your customer friendly questions are unable to resolve the questions they ask concisely.
You do not even load items onto the shopapp which you recommend downloading, if the courier changes the tracking number as you suggest one would presume the delivery company would issue a new tracking number to the person awaiting their merchandise? Please address your customers service unless you want and enjoy to keep getting BAD REVIEWS ??

Status of parcel has been showing as "Shipment Details Created" since 13 Sept, still waiting nearly two weeks later for this to change....has it just been chucked into a corner somewhere and forgotten about? When will it actually be processed???

Avoid any seller who uses this company my parcel… size of a 50piece had 8 width and dimension checks with this company, the date passed whereby it should have been delivered , Amazon are now sloppy and careless with customers money using sellers who use this carrier expected date is possibly another week away total of two weeks from order to expected delivery ….it’s coming 20 miles a carrier pigeon would have done better

We use Whistl to handle our bulk business mail and have been thoroughly satisfied for a number of years now. Our account manager Victoria McAfee has always been on hand if and when required.

"Rubbish company slower than Royal Mail"
This company takes twice as long as Royal Mail to deliver, and Royal Mail run at snail speed. Although tracking numbers are provided it is impossible to track anything as they don’t work. Absolute rubbish company, I wish companies would stop using them.

My parcel has already gone over it’s estimated delivery date and nothing has arrived yet. Looked on Amazon and found the seller (one I’ve used before a couple of years ago with no issues) was using Whistl.
I gave them a search to see if I could contact them but what I ended up finding instead was these reviews which does not instil any confidence in me whatsoever 😪

Whistl manage our bulk business mail and the product they offer means we have saved overhead time, consumable costs and also, the process we work alongside with Whistl to prepare mail has improved our internal processes. It is far slicker and quicker than our previous arrangement with Royal Mail. The staff are responsive and any request or query is resolved promptly. Victoria is my Account Manager and she is a friendly person to deal with. If I have an issue, I trust Victoria to handle my issue professionally. I would recommend their business services as a way to save money and time.
