Sorry that I have to add to the number of poor reviews. Ordered two parcels from the garden shop T&M. First parcel was handed to Hermes (the name says it all I think) - long story short, got a refund; plants eventually arrived dead weeks later dropped at someone else's door. Second parcel was handed to Royal Mail (I initially sighted with relief but, nope, how misleading). Two weeks on, plants still not here. Royal Mail doesn't recognise the Whistl tracking number while all Whistl could tell me is that the parcel had been handed to RM. No end to the story. If the parcel doesn't arrive in the next two days I will be asking T&M for a refund - it's a loss-loss situation for businesses and clients. It genuinly worries me when Whistl claims to be handling a quarter of the national post. Every fourth of my post is likely not to arrive or arrive late - that is scary.

Live plants have been with Whistl for 6 days. Now today, it says they have been handed to Royal Mail! Guess they won't be live by the time they reach me. Second time this has happened to me. Last time all 30 plants were dead and not even in their pots as the box had had a real kicking. Rubbish service.

Order plants from t&m, first lot dispatched on 19fh march, still not arrived, second lot dispatch 3 days later arrived today by normal post delivery, this is not a courier service, its time forms like t&m used a teliable courier service

When you order from a company as it says delivered by whistl then whistl hand the parcel over to Hermes and they go on a magical mystery tour with the parcel and “can’t find your address” 🙄🙄🙄🤥🤥🤥

Still waiting an order made in feb 24, (011B004A39000558516001) for which i payed the express delivery and was told it would arrive in 10 days due to the pandemic. After more than a month everything i have is the message Shipment Details Created. Absolutely ridiculous.
