"Ordered and not received "

Ordered and paid for 4 samples with the understanding the delivery was 48 hours. 72 hours later I phoned the company as I hadn't heard a thing from them, only to be told, the order hadn't been dispatched as 1 of the samples was out of stock!!! Unbelievable!!!
Now I've been told I have to wait until the 17th for the delivery. That's an entire week from ordering. Surely the in stock items could of been sent out woth a note informing 1 was to follow?? Or is that too much like common sense??!! Paid for something that was not being carried out. Only makes me very cautious about ordering the flooring altogether

Ordered flooring on the 26/1/25 which only had half of order which is fine as these things happen. Asked for a full refund on the 27/1/25 and still waiting. After some emails and phone calls to ask for our money back we are still waiting. If you look at other reviews this seems to be a common problem with this company. So can this get sorted out please!!!!!

However when the goods were received the pre painted panel is scratched, marked and dented. no packing whatsoever on the item, looks like its been sliding around in the back of a van.
Pointless exercise of ordering a pre painted panel as i will now have to sand it down and repaint
