We got the Total Care VIP Protection Plan, when we placed our order, which we are really happy with; haven't had anything happen yet, but nice to know the furniture is protected if any damage does occur. "Online service with outstanding customer service"

The customer service was excellent. This was the only website that not only offered delivery but also knock-down service in case the item was too big to go round the tight corners of a condo.

The delivery was perfect and we are enjoying the Nico sofabed. I wish the back cushions were a little more fir but otherwise the sofabed from Luonto is wonderful.

As a senior citizen, I would have liked the option of having the legs a little higher so that sitting and standing would be easier. However, younger people would not have a problem.
